FOR CONSUMERS

If you are a consumer and the product has problems, read below:

WHEN THE PRODUCTS WILL NOT GUARANTEE?

The product is outside the warranty period, with faults, application or misuse, no cash coupon or tax invoice.

WHEN THE PRODUCTS WILL GUARANTEE?

The product is guaranteed when used as specified on the packaging and defective within the warranty period entered in it, or the period defined in CPC (Consumer Protection Code). The period of use for warranty must be proven via invoice or cash coupon.

CHANGING?

Return to place of purchase provided the tax invoice or cash coupon and the defective product.
